When it comes to family time and fun, we love to hold a family game night at least once a week. It gives us a chance to have fun and enjoy each others company, a bonding time for the entire family. We love to play games both on our consoles and board games. With me on complete bed rest, we have had to make our family game night either a board game night or a card game night. This is one that is great for the kids to play either with other kids or like we did, with the whole family. This fun game brings grilling to a whole other level, one that the kids love! The game includes all of those barbeque favorite items. When you pick a card you are told what is needed to grill, then once you pick the same card again the item is ready to come off of the grill. The thing is, this cute little grill is ticklish and if he gets tickled than your meal can be late! We loved playing this fun game with the kids on our family game night and the kids have loved playing this game together for tons of fun together!! JUPITER, FL August 2, 2012 Scientists from the Florida campus of The Scripps Research Institute have identified a protein that impairs the development and maintenance of lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes), but is repressed during the initial stages of the disease, allowing for rapid tumor growth.
While the study, published in the August 3, 2012 edition of the journal Cell, largely focuses on the role of this new tumor suppressor in lymphoma induced by Myc oncoproteins (the cancer-promoting products of Myc oncogenes), the authors show this circuit is apparently operational in all human tumors with MYC involvement, which is more than half of all human tumor types.
"This opens a new therapeutic avenue to exploit for cancers with Myc involvementincluding relapsed metastatic tumors and refractory tumors, those that have not responded to treatment," said John Cleveland, a Scripps Research professor and chair of the Department of Cancer Biology, who led the study.
The Myc family of oncoproteins (c-Myc, N-Myc, and L-Myc) regulate critical pathways that contribute to tumors; c-Myc expression, which is activated in human Burkitt lymphoma, is sufficient to induce the growth of several tumor types in animal models.
In the new study, the scientists focused on precancerous and malignant Myc-expressing B cells, part of the immune system affected in human lymphoma. Using transgenic animal models, Cleveland and his team, led by the efforts of senior postdoctoral fellow Robert Rounbehler, showed that Myc-directed repression of a protein called tristetraprolin (TTP/ZFP36) was important for both the development and maintenance of cancer. The suppression of TTP is a hallmark of human cancers with MYC involvement, Cleveland noted.
The scientists' results showed that overriding this pathway by forced expression of TTP more than doubled the lifespan of Myc transgenic mice. Strikingly, Rounbehler discovered that re-introduction of TTP into Myc-driven lymphoma totally disabled these tumors, indicating an important therapeutic target.
The authors showed that Myc regulates hundreds of genes that contain adenylate-uridylate-rich elements (AU-rich elements), which play an important role in RNA stability and are found in many messenger RNAs (mRNAs) that code for oncogenes, nuclear transcription factors, and cytokines. AU-rich elements direct the mRNA for degradation; they are thought to be vital for controlling expression during cell growth.
"Myc regulates the expression of select AU-binding proteins to control the destruction of certain mRNAs," Cleveland said. "Also, our study strongly suggests that other AU-binding proteins may also, in fact, function as tumor suppressors in other cancers."

Do Better Drivers Really Pay Less On Their Premiums?
You may wonder how much impact your driving record has on your auto insurance premiums. The fact is that your driving record is probably the single-biggest factor besides age that determines how much you pay for auto insurance.
Better drivers really do pay less for car insurance than those with tickets, accidents, and other blemishes on their driving records. Here are a few facts about how your driving record impacts your premium rates.
The Speed Limit
The most common types of moving traffic citations are speeding tickets. Millions of speeding tickets are issued every year, and if you are like most people, you have received one at some point in your life. Most people do not consider speeding tickets anything but an expensive nuisance, but they can greatly impact the amount you pay for your auto insurance.
Speeding is viewed by your insurance company as a precursor to an accident. It is one of the best ways your insurance company can remotely monitor your driving habits. If you receive one speeding ticket for going ten miles an hour over the speed limit in the course of ten years, your insurance company is probably not too worried.
However, if you receive three in one year, or get one for going more than thirty miles an hour over the speed limit, the insurance company is definitely going to pay attention.
This is because getting multiple speeding tickets not only indicates that this is a bad habit with you as a driver, but also because you are ignoring the natural consequences of speeding. Most people slow down for some time after getting a citation; if you do not, this may be an indication of a deeper problem.
Going more than 30 miles an hour over the speed limit means that you are a prime candidate for a serious accident. Along many interstates, the speed limit is 70 miles an hour. If you are caught doing 100, you have, in the insurance company?s opinion, lost any regard for your own and other people?s safety. Ironically, the average speeding ticket given on a 70-mile-an-hour road is for speeds around 95 miles per hour.
Insurance companies regularly sweep state and federal databases for ticket information, so it is best to be honest if you are pulled over. If you have had more than one ticket in a three-year span or your speeding ticket was for a very excessive speed or for reckless driving, you can count on a rate increase.
Accidents Will Happen
Of course we have all probably been involved in a parking lot mishap, but an at-fault accident not only alerts your insurance company to your bad driving habits but also costs them money. From this viewpoint, even a ?small? accident is a red flag for your insurance company.
If you do have a ?fender bender? and you know you are at fault, one thing you can do to minimize the impact on your insurance is to offer to pay for the damages out of pocket.
While not all drivers will agree to this, some do not mind if you have a fender repaired at your own cost. This can prevent the driver from filing a claim and may keep your insurance from going up.
DUIs and Other Major Problems
There are some traffic violations that will cause your car insurance to be immediately canceled and may make it difficult for you to find other coverage. One of these violations is DUI, or driving under the influence. Besides being horribly dangerous, DUI can negate your insurance company?s responsibility to pay for an automobile accident.
The best advice: do not drink and drive. If you do incur a DUI, be sure that it is your first and last. Repeat DUI offenders find it almost impossible to find coverage.
There are also certain tickets such as reckless driving that can mean many different things but can alert your insurance company to a major problem. If you were speeding in a school zone, for example, your company may look at this differently than if you got a ?regular? speeding ticket.

On the question of extending the wind production tax credit -- an important issue for Iowans because of the roughly 7,000 jobs tied to the state's wind-energy industry -- the two presidential candidates have made their positions perfectly clear: Obama supports it and Romney does not.
Romney?s stance, however faithful to free-market principles, puts the presumptive GOP nominee at odds not only with Obama, but with his own supporters in the state -- and they wasted little time in conveying their displeasure. Iowa Republican Rep.?Tom Latham?seethed that Romney's position "shows a lack of full understanding of how important the wind energy tax credit is for Iowa and our nation."
Iowa Republicans long ago diagnosed the alternative-energy dilemma: They don't want to be seen as enablers of corporate welfare, but they can't afford to ardently oppose a job-creating industry with high visibility in their state. Navigating this no-win situation, they reached an agreeable compromise: Support temporary tax credits while the industry is still finding its footing, but advocate for the gradual phasing out of federal funding.
Romney's stance is perplexing, to say the least. Here is a politician defined by his ideological pliancy, known for his moderate approach and willingness to find malleable middle ground. Yet faced with an issue that demands a certain flexibility, he has instead pigeon-holed himself into a position that is overwhelmingly unpopular in a critical battleground state. Even if Romney walks back his opposition, he'll face fresh charges of flip-flopping and pandering. It's a lose-lose.
Romney's position is not entirely without support. But in an election that very well could hinge on the Hawkeye State's six electoral votes, the path of least resistance isn't a bad place to be. Read more

We had big plans for Binary Store but unfortunately, due to lack of finances, we cannot afford to have a team of Professionals working for us.
